Why didn't I keep it!!

Well i just saw the google logo and it had a link to Mary Blair who was an awesome concept artist for Walt Disney.

It then reminded me of the 12 dancing princesses from the little golden book series, and i found out the illustrator was Sheilah Beckett and so finally got to see those aweome illustrations again after soo long.

I loved that book, and now i can't find it becasue i think i gave it away. How sad. i should have kept it, like all the other things i keep just in case one day i might need it. But at least i could find it on the internet :) but i wish i had the book!

photography class

I had so much fun in todays photography class because my friend brought in fairy lights so we were just playing with the lights to shoot translucent objects, like drinks or perfume bottles or wine glasses. This shot was created with a torch shining from beneath and one torch from above.

paper bookmarks

I really don't like when people fold the corner of a book to bookmark it. I think this will scare them away from doing that!

The bookmark idea is really easy and there are so many styles you could create for the corner. Here are the instructions and where i found the idea.

Paper star

Hey all, well since i am creating a papercraft magazine i think its time to try out some ideas. Here is a paper star decoration, its really simple and easy to make. (Although it says its a Christmas decoration, i think you can use it for any occasion or event and i don't celebrate Christmas so making it in October is ok for me :) ) Click here for instructions.

Totoro nails

Well I got a bit bored and my sister showed me these awesome Totoro nails. So i decided to do it myself and they turned out alright, obviously the 1st one was going to be a bit dodgy, but they are so cute! I should do more nail art. Well maybe later when i have more time on my hands, or should I say nails.
